Skinned Decal Component 1.5 is released!
Time based effects are now available.

Release Notes:
- Fade over time effect
- Decal Recycling (You can limit the number of decals as a performance measure, if you surpass the max count, new decals will remove the oldest decal on the mesh and spawn in its place.)
- Sampler can now pass Bone ID and Spawn Time to decals (We are going to use this info for Masking and Time Based effects in this and future updates.)
